Northwood Hotel

Northwood stands on its own, surrounded by trees and shrubbery like an enchanted cottage in a fairy tale. The stone exteriors and lattice windows, coupled with the homely inside and a cosy attic, make Northwood the ideal setting for an Enid Blyton adventure.

The neat facade of the house belies the spacious interiors that lie within. A hall with a wooden staircase, a bedroom and bathroom, drawing room and glazed verandah, a dining room with pantry and kitchen make up the downstairs. The staircase in the hall leads up to a landing and then onto 2 spacious suites. Each suite consists of a large bedroom, an antechamber with two beds, a bathroom and a lavatory.

From the landing on the first floor, stairs lead to a delightful attic under the slanting roof, which is as cosy as it is comfortable. A bed room with twin beds and a dresser with bath and toilet, makes it a self contained unit.
